On the next page, you need to enter,

• Username
• Password
• First Name
• Last Name
• Mobile Phone
• Email
• Would you like to go paperless?
• Choose from, Text Message or Email
• Agree to the go Paperless confirmation
• Agree to the government terms and conditions
• Then, click on, ‘Save’ in red.

You have to follow the prompts after this and you will be able to create a new account.

Logging into the Florida Medicaid Managed Care account

To log in, you need to visit,  www.flmedicaidmanagedcare.com

Here, at the top right corner, you need to click on, ‘Login/Register’.

In the next page, in the middle of the page, you have to type,

• The username, email, or mobile number that you have registered
• And add the password

 

 

 

• Then, click on, ‘Login’.

How to Recover Forgot username or password

If you have lost the login details of Florida Medicaid Managed Care account, then you need to go to the same page login box, here, under the [password blank at the left side you will get the option for, ‘Forgot your password?’.
